Can I track my order in real time?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can follow your package in real time, every step of the way — from our warehouse to your doorstep. How long does it take to receive my order?
We process orders within a few hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, standard delivery across the US takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email the moment your package is on its way, so you always know exactly when to expect it. And remember — shipping is FREE on all orders over $39. 🇺🇸
How can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders within hours to get them to you as fast as possible, the window to make changes is short. If you need to update or cancel an order, please email us right away at support@deals-finds.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make. We'll do everything we can to catch it before it ships.
